Origins
All origin stories need a mythology, because there is no other way of explaining the inexplicable.
The origin of being needs an intervention into the state of non-being. It is in the intervention that the mystery lies, because this Originatory Principle will not be explained. That which will not be explained needs myth in order that we may at least grasp at the distant truth by some means.
Once established the origin story then has the capacity to serve as the metaphor for a personal story. Once the transition is made, truth is no longer distant, but immanent.

The past tense is a conspiracy against us all

The past tense is a conspiracy against us all
What was before the beginning? Nothing. What came after the beginning? Nothing.
The beginning is a constant, now, in living thinking.
It would be better described as the Becoming.
That which lies outside of living thinking is an abstraction, i.e. nothing.
A Bible literalist might ask: why did the beginning happen when it did, e.g. 6000 years ago? A Big Bang scientist might ask: why did the beginning happen x billion years ago?
These questions ask about abstractions, i.e. nothing, because the beginning is not fixed at any one discoverable time, the beginning is now in living thinking, or it is nothing, an abstraction. What is normally conceived of as the beginning is actually the Becoming.
The usual translation of John’s Gospel is wrong.
John 1:1-5 reads:
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
The Hellenistic Greek, from which the Bible was translated, has no past tense. Also ‘Word’ was not the result of a direct translation into English. A better translation from the Greek would be ‘mind’ or ‘living thinking’, something present and above the idea of merely a verbal utterance.
In the light of the above, let me rework the translation.
1In the Becoming is Mind, and Mind is with God, and Mind is God. 2 He is with God in the Becoming. 3 Through him all things are made; without him nothing is made that is made. 4 In him is life, and that life is the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness is not overcoming it.
‘The word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory' (John 1:14) conceives only an image of the incarnation and ministry of Jesus in the past. Remove the past tense, however, and insert Mind for Word, and the text emphasises the Mind become flesh that dwells amongst us now.
The Mind becomes flesh and dwells among us, and we behold his glory.
Following my argument, we might then consider The Logos, the living God, as the living thinking of Mind, dwelling in rather than amongst us.
This notion of in, rather than amongst, recalls:
He that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. (1 John 4:16)
The Word, almost universally understood to mean the Logos should also be thought of as Mind. The living thinking of Mind is the Logos, and Mind is God and God is Love.

Alone? I am never alone; but I can only ever know others through love.

Dante’s fleeting encounter with Beatrice, as captured by Henry Holiday
Thus spake Eros
Alone? I am never alone; but I can only ever know others through love.
Without love there is only acquaintance and thingship.
But in true encounter and Love I see others’ needs as my own, and I give myself to them.

Freedom is transcendence

Freedom is transcendence
Thus spake Eros.
My personality and liberty can be conceived only on the basis of my freedom from the naturalistic, biological and primitively individualist bonds that existed before the Beginning.
My true state, the state characterised by my ‘transcendence’ of the political, historical and religious levels furnishes the only environment for the development of personality and true liberty
I carry myself beyond myself, beyond simple vegetative life.
Freedom is transcendence. My higher self transcends the lower self. This is the transcendence that results from a rising up out of the vegetative ‘One life’.
This is the polar opposite of the sub-human self-transcendence, where the fallen individual transcends himself in the direction of collectives and demagogic movements. This results in a descent into the ‘One life’ with the concomitant loss of identity - the death of the self.
My transcendent consciousness is the total encompassing of all. My totalitarianism is ‘anagogic’, unlike that of the globalist collectivisers which is ‘catagogic’.
Anagogic: climb or ascent upwards. Catagogic: one source defined it as "gutterward".

Ascent to transcendence

Ascent to transcendence
Thus did Eros explain.
My transcendent consciousness is one, unique and specific, the result of a process of ascent.
Never has it anything to do with 'oneness' in the sense of a collective entity, or homogeneous totality of levelled differences.
I reject the ideal of unity understood as immanence of the ‘One Life’ in every being. This is Spinozism and Kabbalism.
Followers of the universalising ideal of oneness serve as the ‘spiritual’ arm of globalism and its Janus faces, financial and Marxist.*
They are the fallen angels, the children of Satan.
Oneness was the realm of Ananke before the Beginning, being the point of departure and not the arrival in the ascent of my consciousness.
Oneness is the ‘undifferentiated substrate’, the forest out of which I carve out my own clearing of ‘formed individuality’; it is not a final state of perfection in which distinct individuals dissolve themselves, losing their identity in a pantheistic fusion with the Whole.
My ascent to transcendence proceed from ‘formless universality’ to ‘formed individuality’, not the other way around.
*In my book Child of Encounter, I condemn the whole of the accepted western philosophico-literary canon as being malignly influenced by Lurianic Kabbalah and Spinozism into promoting pathways to undifferentiated Oneness.

Thus he spake to The They

Thus he spake to The They
Eros addresses the masses
You think spontaneity is the definition of freedom, freedom to do what you like when you like. But what is spontaneity?
If you live your life in the apparently ready-made world of thoughts reflected back to you as though they were pre-existing, when in truth they originated as the Logos, but were cast aside as fallen angels, then you can never be spontaneous and free.
You can only be reactive to the things around you.
Why? Because you are living in the world of the second hand, the presupposed; a world of idols. You are in thrall to idol worship and its priesthood.
But everything is spontaneous, everything is always first hand, if it originates unimpeded from the Logos, from Love.
The Logos, Love, is the Originatory Principle of everything, it is the Becoming.
My thinking is transcendent. My thinking is the Becoming.
When I am thinking, what is thinking if is not to be distinguished from the Logos? It is the Logos.
In the Becoming is the Logos.
The Becoming is the process of my thinking.
The Becoming is reality, the multiplicity of all held in me.

Eros addresses The They

Eros addresses The They
You live in the second hand world.
Youlive in a playground in which you think you can play as you like. Ha! aplayground, exactly that! An illusion from which rises the nauseating refrain “We just want to be happy”. You think it’s here that you can be fulfilled as an individual, left in a room vacated by the father, but under the supervision of an overseer who makes all sorts of promises in return for good behaviour.
I asked myself - wouldn’t you rather live in Love, in truth, in passion, in mutual indwelling?
Which is freedom? Which is real?
Iknow that the chaos of the playground is Ananke's realm? Without the violation by the Logos, by Love, I might have lived for ever under the most insidious form of deception, namely imprisonment lived as freedom.
